This is a junior level support role in HR with attractive career opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding and handling various HR queries in English and German, using a global system (live chats or cases from employees based in multiple regions).
  • Processing live chats and queries in an efficient and timely manner using multiple systems and tools.
  • Cooperating with colleagues from other teams and Shared Services Centers, in terms of knowledge exchange and transfer, in order to deliver a high-quality resolution.
  • Getting involved and understanding a wide range of processes, policies and knowledge base updates.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and German in both spoken and written form
  • At least Bachelor´s degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • some experience in HR or Customer service is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Have a proactive attitude
  • Superb communication and organizational skills
