Job: IT Helpdesk Expert
Languages: Fluent English + French
Location: Prague (close to metro station)
As an IT professional, you will:
- Resolve diverse technical issues regarding network systems, computer HW/SW, telecommunications etc.
- Identify, analyze and solve problems
- Support both internal and external customers
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French
- Similar experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- Professional, Proactive, Customer oriented
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Capable of diagnozing the problem thanks to using appropriate approach of investigation
- Capable of prioritizing levels of urgency
- Able to work under pressure
