Job: IT Helpdesk Expert

Languages: Fluent English + French

Location: Prague (close to metro station)

As an IT professional, you will:

  • Resolve diverse technical issues regarding network systems, computer HW/SW, telecommunications etc.
  • Identify, analyze and solve problems
  • Support both internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Similar experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
  • Professional, Proactive, Customer oriented
  • Able to work independently or in a team
  • Capable of diagnozing the problem thanks to using appropriate approach of investigation
  • Capable of prioritizing levels of urgency
  • Able to work under pressure
