As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • coordination of invoices sent to clients
  • reassuring, that payment dates are estimated and reasons for payment delay are justified
  • coordination of the payment details are provided and other finance administration tasks.
Requirements
  • High School education or higher
  • English and German on level C1
  • Very good command of MS Excel (filters, searching, some formatting). Previous experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP is a big advantage.
  • SAP knowledge would be a big advantage
  • Great organizational skills, and an analytical mindset are MUST.
