Job description

Are you interested in IT support and transport shipping?

Do you speak English and German?

As the Data Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Internal system requests coordination
  • Daily interaction with the IT department
  • Communication with customers, customs bureaus, and transporting companies
  • Analysis of shipping documents
  • Reporting and process improvement of internal procedures
  • Cooperation with the colleagues from the Czech Republic and Germany
Requirements
  • Strong command of English (B2) and German (B2+)
  • User knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Being able to cope with Customs Bureau
  • Positive approach toward IT
  • Previous experience in transport is nice to have
  • Interest in learning new things
  • Reliability, diligence, and team spirit
