Our esteemed client is expanding their customer service department and thus is looking for new talents to join the company. If you already have customer service experience, it will be a plus, but they are open to training juniors as well.

Your daily tasks:

• assisting and helping customers on the phone, via e-mail, and/or chat
• answering queries related to products and services
• processing orders
• delivering the best customer service experience possible
• reporting
• participating in discussions regarding process improvement
