Job description

We are seeking candidates who can speak German and English fluently. Someone, who already has experience in IT-related customer support. And someone, who is interested in this field, and wants to become part of a well-known international company based in Prague.

You would:

  • Specify new and existing integration requirements ( including the technical perspective) to our partners
  • Overview of the process from A to Z
  • Implement the integration scenario on the company’s EDI platform in cooperation with the partners
  • Work closely with the development team
  • Troubleshoot procedures
  • Be in charge of the administration of technical and organizational data
Requirements
  • Strong command of German (C1) and very good command of English (B2)
  • IT or technical background
  • Customer Service experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Very good communication skills
  • EDI system knowledge would be a plus
