Are you interested in leading a small team of customer service advisor?

Your future responsibilities

  • Supporting your own team
  • Controlling deadlines and KPIs
  • Communicating with a variety of stakeholders
  • Reporting and managing ad-hoc administration
  • Providing excellent customer-oriented service
  • Maintaining great employment relationships
  • Improving the team performance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Fluent Hungarian (min C1) and English (min B2)
  • Great communication skills
  • Team-leading skills to support and motivate
  • Willingness to relocate and explore new culture
