Job description

Do you want to join a global marketing team as a Customer Advisor Specialist? You will act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers.

Your main activities will be:

  • Provide high standard of customer experience
  • Take care of inquires coming from the companies´ website
  • Close cooperation with sales, operations and shared services centers
  • Ensure accuracy
  • Escalate issues to the right level
  • Maitain customer interacrions in the internal system (SalesForce)
Requirements
  • Command of Czech, English and French (or German)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Pro-activity
  • Customer-orientation
  • Sales or customer experience is a plus
