job describtion:

  • Plans, executes and manages local marketing programs according to the agreed with HQ annual marketing plan following Regional guidelines.
  • Works closely with Sales in order to give full picture of markets specifics and requirements and builds effective marketing programs/actions listed in the annual marketing plan
  • Cooperates closely with local Sales Teams (Consumer & Commercial) in order to provide most relevant information about local market needs and trends in the marketing area.
  • Actively supports HQ (Consumer & Commercial) in preparations of the framework for annual marketing plan
  • Implements actions listed in marketing plan ensuring high quality & effectiveness
  • Reports on agreed basis results of marketing plan implementation as well as action results.
  • Evaluates ad-hoc activities & initiatives and present them in front of Sales Director & MKT Manager for approval
  • Ensures proper support of tyres sales (consumer & commercial) by adapting, implementing, monitoring & reporting results of marketing actions designed within given and agreed with by HQ frames.
  • Pro-actively searches for cost efficient & effective marketing tools (including sponsorships, partnerships) to support business objectives of Sales
  • Plans & executes media campaigns supporting both sell-out & brand communication actions
  • Manages cooperation with marketing, PR & media agency ensuring the best service level and proper cost – quality ratio and cost optimization
  • Support Sales Force: provides all necessary materials to ensure proper implementation of all trade marketing actions including action instructions, product leaflets, etc.
  • Reporting & Budgeting
  • Collaborate in Cross Functional Team Activities based on manager requests
  • Implements, gives feedback & reports on progress and KPI’s of all carried out actions including:
  • Loyalty programs for B2B customers
  • Seasonal sales campaigns
  • Dedicated support for specific channels/key retailers including incentive programmes
  • Specific action plan to support HRD (High Rim Diameters) tyres,
  • New product launch support plan
  • Marketing events (dealer meetings, BS days, annual conventions, incentive& hospitality trips)
Requirements
  • Higher education
  • Experience from position of Trade Marketing Specialist
  • B2B & B2C Marketing (Trade Marketing) - theory & practice
  • Experienced in Planning & Budgeting Process and Reporting in Multinational Companies;
  • Independent thinking and ability to come up with the business case to justify a recommendation of the plan/program/action
  • PR & media relations know-how
  • Project Management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Automotive industry (advantage)
  • Advance communicative knowledge of English language (C1 / very good B2)
  • Administrative skills - Office (Word,Excel, Power Point)
  • Communication skills
