Job description

Job: Senior Attorney – global position – corporate experience – independent consultant

Languages: Czech and English, Polish language knowledge is very nice to have

Location: Prague (at the metro station).

Work environment: Multilingual - Prestigious INTERNATIONAL company – field of Energetics.

This position is mainly accountable for managing commercial contracts – sales agreements plus real estate. Also legal compliance, regulatory, Finance, HR, or other legal experience is needed.

You could be part of a new project, leading your work activities in CZ independently.

Traveling: approx. 5% of the time, for short periods only.

Full-time employment for 1 year with all probability to extend the cooperation for an indefinite period of time.

Requirements

Main requirements:

  • Native Czech, excellent English, Polish language knowledge is a great advantage
  • Relevant University degree with at least 4 years of proven work experience
  • Corporate environment background in an independent position is needed
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
