Job description

We are hiring for an international company that is currently in the process of the transition to SAP/S4/Hana based platform.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who would analyze the current and future state business processes in over 160 locations worldwide, discuss plans with stakeholders and execute Programme Business Change plan.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in change management on large global programmes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fully understanding the new „To-be“ business processes and presenting them to non-technical colleagues
  • Ability to create clear and concise documents
  • Analytical thinking, organizational skills, pro-active attitude
