What You'll Be Doing:
As a Business Analyst with us, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and review business requirements and functional designs that support the needs of 11 NN business units using a common application.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and consolidate business requirements from Users and Product Owners to determine system objectives.
Decompose both functional and non-functional requirements, thoroughly documenting them.
Create Process, Use Case, and Entity models.
Develop User Interface wire models.
Define detailed business rules.
Participate in the preparation of System, User, and Compliance process documentation.
Report to Users, Product Owners, and the Manager of PoLAR.
What You Should Bring:
Qualifications:
Experience working on business risk/finance side and formulating/consolidating business requirements.
Proficiency in UML modeling.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architect.
Self-motivated, well-organized, diligent, and highly result-oriented.
A willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
Preferred Competencies:
Familiarity with BPMN.
Experience in cloud application design or Azure.
Knowledge of insurance reporting.
