As a B2B Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will be:

Managing a portfolio of important clients

Processing orders and working closely with Operations and Logistics

Improving and maintaining relationships with clients and tending to their needs

Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services

Assisting customers with their inquiries

Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • German or French (or another EU language is an advantage)
  • Previous work experience in a multi-national company
  • Working experience customer service
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team
