Job description:

managing client's tickets
Support and analysis of incidents
prioritises requests and determine appropriate action
follow up on open requests
coordination of projects
work in team
reporting

Longterm cooperation for 20 hours/week.

Start: immediately

Location: Prague 4 - near Chodov metro station

Salary: 160 - 180 CZK/hour

Requirements

High school/University education (ideally student of IT field)
IT background is must
Fluent English (both verbal and written)
advanced knowledge of MS Office
basic programing/ coding skills is a big advantage (Java, JavaScript)
attention to details
customer service orientation
team player
