Job description

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the customer service team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Primarily assigned to online / electronic activities without the inbound customer interactions.
  • Manages product and service complaints forms from customers: monitoring and processing offline customer complaints and warranties in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism.

Start: Immediately

Location: Prague - Palmovka

Requirements
  • Advanced English, intermediate French
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantage
  • Detail oriented and precise
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office
