Job description

We are in search of an enthusiastic International AP Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of AP procedures within international teams.
  • Leading efforts to enhance processes and facilitate the integration of worldwide solutions.
  • Handling global client inquiries and requests.
  • Assisting in transitions
  • Overseeing compliance with processess, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Foster close cross-functional teamwork and collaboration with management.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required (C1)
  • Profound familiarity with Accounts Payable processes
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong dedication to delivering professional service to external clients.
  • Previous involvement in global or international service delivery.
