Our dynamic logistics company is hiring individuals to work as order processors, pickers, packagers, and box stackers. The job requires manual dexterity and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will need to work on the move, as employees walk several kilometers per day, to fulfill labor standards.
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
Manual dexterity
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of working with a PC
Experience working with a manual scanner and picking goods is an advantage
Desire to work in three shifts
Desire to work standing
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
Wage: 136 CZK/H
Bonuses: 0-15 CZK/H brutto (depending on fulfillment of labor standards)
Surcharges: 10% night shift, 10% weekend shift, overtime in week 25%, overtime in weekend 40%, holiday 100%
Extraordinary reward (for training colleagues, extra performance, etc.): 1000 - 1500 CZK/month
Average netto salary: 22,000 – 28,000 CZK/month (including bonuses, surcharges, and overtimes)
Note: The netto salary without bonuses will be lower
Overtimes: Sometimes during the week or on Saturday
Holiday: 5 weeks/year (holiday is paid pro-rata depending on the length of the employment contract according to labor law)
