Your tasks

  • Supporting a team of advisors
  • Sheltering the whole customer experience
  • Related administrative tasks
  • Dealing with more complex issues
  • Controlling team acknowledgement and implementation of company procedures
  • Analyzing team performance
Requirements
  • Ideally native Czech and fluent English (min. B2)
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Previous experience in Customer Service/Administration/Support
  • Team-leading skills
