As a CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST, you will be responsible for:

  • Technical Support and access administration
  • Resolving product or platform queries
  • Client reporting
  • Funding and share transfer assistance
  • Maintaining client data

Location - Prague 1

Requirements
  • Fluent English C2 and fluent German C1
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures
  • Financial backround is a plus
  • Motivated and communicative person
