Job description

Are you an experienced Team Leader? Would you like to make a step further? You would supervise other team leaders and specialists in order to ensure a smooth delivery of processes on a global level.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supervising team leaders and specialists
  • Initiating process improvements
  • Communication with customers and maintaining their satisfaction
  • Cooperation with the sales manager
  • Budget forecasting
Requirements
  • Fluent English (German is an advantage)
  • University degree
  • Experience in team leading
  • Purchasing and/or sourcing experience
  • Ability to deal with any escalations
  • Shared services experience
