Your responsibilities:
Supervising team leaders and specialists
Initiating process improvements
Communication with customers and maintaining their satisfaction
Cooperation with the sales manager
Budget forecasting
Requirements
Fluent English (German is an advantage)
University degree
Experience in team leading
Purchasing and/or sourcing experience
Ability to deal with any escalations
Shared services experience
