Job description

Our client is a well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for a Project Manager responsible for clinical studies and projects.

Your key responsibilities on this role:

  • Leadership and management in cross functional teams
  • Data management, monitoring duties, drug supply, regulations, safety manners
  • Interactions with investigators and suppliers assuring smooth process of clinical studies
  • Risk assessment, regulatory documents, submission of these documents to authorities
  • Responsibility for reviews, monitoring, reporting, quality control
  • Coordination of data analysis and interpretation of study/ies results
  • Identification of potential issues and threats, prevention, resolution
  • Supervising Clinical Operations Specialists teams, ensuring their effectivity and duties
  • Coordinate the data analysis and interpretation for first interpretable results
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (B2+)
  • 3 to 6 years of Global Clinical Operations experience
  • Experience in Team Leading /Managerial in project; planning, execution/implementation, reporting and presenting clinical studies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of Global Clinical processes
  • Negotiation skills, diplomacy skills, verbal delivery skills, communication skills
  • Problem-solving mind-set, devotion to resolve issues
