Job description

A global company is seeking talented Polish speakers to join their team of professionals in Prague.

Would you like to be part of the world of procurement? We look for candidates with just one year of relevant working experience. So you might be the right candidate!

As a Procurement Analyst with Polish, you will:

Handle incoming calls/emails from business partners and suppliers of a procurement system nature
Provide timely service-related information to clients
Recommend the most appropriate solutions for ordering goods and services
Monitor client purchase orders, invoices, and payments
Update internal database
Oversee contracting processes
Ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Requirements

We require:

a Technically orientated Bachelor ´s degree plus relevant working experience, minimum 1 year as a buyer
Strong command of English and Polish
Some working experience with an ordering type of system
Highly organized and motivated type of personality
Professional and solution-driven type of candidates.
