An international pharma company is now seeking an experience payroll coordinator who will take care of the EMEA region. Alongside the coordination you will have the opportunity to building international relationships with the co-workers and participating on company transition projects.
Daily tasks:
- Supporting HR and Financial managers
- Daily communication with representatives from various countries
- Controlling the KPIs, reports and closings
- Participating on transition projects and process improvements
- Assuring the process are in-line with company procedures
- Preparing and updating the „Payroll manual“
- Ensuring the correct timing of payments
- Supporting employees and educating them
