This job is a great combination between CUSTOMER SERVICE and ADMINISTRATION. You will be assigned to a portfolio of clients and will communicate with them on daily basis, bring them all types of support.

Your new role will include:

• Taking care of an assigned portfolio of customers
• Assisting customers with how-to’s, help them solve technical issues
• Handling customer's inquiries and issues mainly via email
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with your customers
• Advising customers regarding order entry, logistics, delivery, and technical support of either products, websites or others
• Supporting the customer during the entire process
• Solving possible issues and giving an advice if needed
