Job description

The company is oriented toward technological innovations, digitalization, process development as well as energetics with an impact on various industries including transportation, finance and healthcare.

Your key responsibilities as a Logistics Digitization Project Specialist:

  • Support transition of standard transport orders into a digital form via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
  • Daily communication by phone and email with companies' business units
  • Close cooperation with IT, Procurement and Logistics departments
  • Explain EDI processes to logistics suppliers
  • Ensure the correctness of reports
  • Oversee the quality of communication
Requirements
  • Command of English (B2), German is a plus (B2)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Logistics background
  • Experience in Excel reporting
  • Interest in IT
  • Customer-orientation
