As a Lead Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a small team of specialists for our international client, a global provider of assistance services.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage, direct and monitor the transport services and the overall performance of the Transport team
  • Find ways to optimize local processes in transport case handling
  • Monitor and report on transportation costs
  • Ensure proper documentation of all cases
  • Supervise adequate organization of shifts
Requirements

What you already have:

  • Native or proficient level of written and spoken Czech and English(C1+)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of GBS (Amadeus) – advanced level
  • Advanced geographical and political knowledge
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
