As an Internal marketing expert, you will be responsible for:

• Develop communications assets and activities to ensure and strengthen the learning - Create great content and detailed resources that can be used by other communicators
• Guide, mentor, and coach team members to communicate more effectively, driving engagement with and emotional understanding of the program
• Serve as a thought leader internally, discovering and providing guidance on best practices, opportunities, and future potential
• Engage with communicators by participating in various events, meet-ups, and on-line videos
• Serve as a public face of Smart Automation on internal media

Start date: ASAP

Contract until December 2020 with possibility of prolongation (project based contract)

Travel to Basel twice a year
