Job description

Do you speak advanced Polish? Do you have experience from customer service and are you interested in HR? Do you want to work in multinational environment?

Job tasks:

  • Communication with employees and solving HR related queries
  • Receive queries via phone, email or chat
  • Supporting recruitment process
  • Reporting

Start: asap

Location: Prague 8 and home office/fully remote

Contract for one year with possibility of prolongation.

Requirements
  • Fluent English and advanced Polish (B2)
  • Previous experience with customer service/HR/administrative
  • Solid command of MS Excel and Word
  • Pro-active and communicative personality
  • Ability to work in an international team
