Your daily responsibilities as HR Generalist will be:

  • communicating with client’s employees via phone or e-mail
  • take care of personal information and job changes (such as promotion)
  • discussing compensation topics
  • manage absence requests
  • preparation of employment documentation
  • HR administration
  • enter data into various HR systems
  • handle onboarding and exit activities
Requirements
  • bachelor degree (human resources’ focused degree is a big advantage)
  • fluent English and Dutch (C1 level)
  • an experience in HR or customer service
  • advanced Excel user
  • customer-oriented approach
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to face challenges and pay attention to details
