These will be your daily responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal risk experts and external suppliers to execute processes with utmost responsibility and diligence, aiming to minimize risks
• Manage activities related to third-party risk management
• Handle onboarding workflows for new supplier qualifications
• Support the coordination of risk reviews for suppliers, focusing on areas such as labor rights, health, safety, anti-bribery practices, animal welfare, information security, and data privacy
• Conduct routine compliance assessments and analyze supplier information
• Process questionnaires for confirmed cases and engage with suppliers to address any issues or queries
• Thoroughly review questionnaires and additional documents, paying special attention to potential red flags
• Maintain and update local supplier registers for different country divisions, while also identifying and ranking vendor risks
• Collaborate appropriately with legal and compliance departments
• Identify opportunities for automation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
