• Identify business needs and possibilities
• Cooperate with Digital Solutions Team and Celonis to eliminate execution gaps and increase capacity in Customer Operations
• Propose data visualization, digital solutions and drive its implementation
• Understand end-to-end process map and link it to given process mining event
• Manage the eco-system of partners, date and platform providers
