Great opportunity for students!

Work for an international IT company as a Customer Support Specialist and provide technical assistance with exams.

We are looking for fluent English speakers with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills who will:

  • Validate the identity of candidates
  • Effectively manage multiple simultaneous certification exams
  • Ensure the timely start and completion of each individual exam session
  • Monitor candidates with vigilance, and intervene in the event of protocol variances
  • Provide technical assistance to exam participants
  • Follow communication of procedures, guidelines, and policies

The position also offers the option to work from home, with flexible hours.

Requirements
  • fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • previous customer-facing experience in a support role
  • ability to work shifts outside normal business hours
  • advanced technical and troubleshooting skills
  • responsible individual with attention to detals with ablility to multi-task and manage time efectively
