Job description
  • Provide technical support for clients – voice and chat support (in English only)
  • Resolution of various issues
  • Cooperation with technical departments on advanced issues
  • Educating customers
  • Providing detailed information regarding products and services in professional manner
  • Meet desired KPIs given for the role
  • No sales activities required or included
  • Fluency in English languge is a must (B2 level for chat support, C1 for phone support)
  • Open-minded approach towards technology (if you know how to use your smartphone, you should be just fine)
