Job description

Do you speak Italian? Are you experienced in customer service?

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • support to customers by answering their queries
  • troubleshooting, solving of logistic issues and taking orders
  • building strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers
  • preparation of correspondence and fulfilment of customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • work in SAP system
  • ad hoc tasks

Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)

Start: May 2021

Working time: 40 hours/week

Requirements

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:

  • secondary or university degree,
  • advanced knowledge of English and Italian,
  • communicative and detail-oriented person,
  • accuracy and customer service mindset,
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • experience from customer service or administration area,
  • knowledge of SAP is advantage.
