For the leading global producer of FMCG, we are looking for suitable candidate to fill in a position of Customer Development Manager E-commerce.
Principal Responsibilities of the role:
- Integrate e-commerce Channel perspective into CZ/SK Commercial Process
- Indrirect Customer management for e-commerce
- Directly manage the cumulative espace
- Analyze Customer Performance and Trends - determine Gaps and opportunities
- Maximise the effect of Paid Search, Banners, Contests, etc.
- Analyze the key Activities to understand results and optimize the Customer Grids by Key Categories
- Contribute to the development of ecommerce strategy with eRetailers
- Ensure that the Volume for the key initiatives planned will be aligned with demand planner
- Accurately forecast volume/sales/investment
- Identification of riskr and opportunities on monthly cycle
- Acquire, retai and utilize knowledge of the different retailer website technical capabilities
- Communication with local RM team and CEE Marketing team
- Support about managing portfolio, product set-up, new item planning, promotion planning, forecasting volumes, inventory management, creative content and implement promotion and marketing activities
