Job description

Job: Contract Specialist – Procurement - Global position – Corporate experience

Languages: French and English

Location: Prague (close to the center of Prague).

Work environment: Multilingual - Prestigious INTERNATIONAL company – one of the most wanted employers

This position is mainly accountable for managing commercial contracts supporting the procurement teams.

You will act as primary liaison between project teams, business units, and corporate legal counsels ensuring that all contractual matters are addressed.

Requirements

You need the following:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience with drafting and reading contracts

Fluent French and English

Knowledge and understanding of procurement industry

Strong analytical skills and experience with contract reporting

Ideally you have:

Paralegal certificate or law degree, preferred

Experience working with CLM Contract Life Cycle Management tools
