You will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers on a daily basis via phone, email or face to face
  • Manage customer orders
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Maintain database
  • Manage complex customer complaints
  • Understanding of company product
  • Ensure quality service
  • Fluent in English and other EU language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and computer skills
  • Previous working experience with a customer oriented role is an advantage
