Are you a motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in the dynamic field of Customer Service in the DACH region, specifically in IT and finance? Do you already possess experience in customer service within these sectors and wish to expand your knowledge further? Are you proficient in both English and German?

If so, this exciting opportunity might be the perfect fit for you! Join our team as a B2B Customer Support with German, where you'll have the chance to work with a multifaceted purchase/accounting software program, mastering it, and sharing your expertise with our esteemed B2B clientele.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Managing customer accounts in the CRM system (Similar to SalesForce and SAP)
  • Providing guidance on order entry, purchase orders, logistics, and delivery
  • Collecting customer feedback
  • Resolving customer complaints and offering suitable solutions
  • Engaging with customers via phone and email in both German and English
  • Addressing customers' needs, documenting technical issues
  • Contributing to project management and process improvement efforts

Requirements
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English (B2+) and German (C1)
  • Energetic, dynamic and proactive approach
  • Experience with DACH region is perceived as a massive plus!
  • Experience in Customer Service, KYC, Sales Support, IT Support or HelpDesk is an advantage
  • Communication, compassion, and social skills are a must
  • Problem-solving, analytica,l and empathetic approach
