Job description

Are you looking for a new experience in administration / customer service? Would you like to become a part of an international company? Do you speak English and ideally any Nordic language? Can you work 30 hours per a week? Then this job might be the perfect choice for you!

Main responsibilities:

  • Primarily assigned to online / electronic activities without the inbound customer interactions.
  • Manages product and service complaints forms from customers: monitoring and processing offline customer complaints and warranties.
  • Is point of contact (electronic) for Customers and Sales reps during the day for a quick and dedicated service for both the external as well as the internal customer.
  • Supports product recalls.
  • Ensures fulfilment of the local Terms and Conditions of Sales related to Warranty and Product Complaints.
  • Works and leverages relations with other company departments and sister companies.

Start: Immediately

Location: Prague - Palmovka

Salary: 26 - 30 000 CZK/month

Requirements
  • Advanced English
  • Nordic language is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills in writing
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must
  • Detail oriented and precise
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office
