Job description
  • account payable operations
  • accurate maintenance of vendor master data on Oracle ledger system/SAP system
  • coordination of external and internal audits
  • communication with internal customers and suppliers to ensure smooth & effective operation, ensuring all issues are escalated and resolved within timescales
  • effective resolution of queries
  • maintaining of AP reports
  • cooperation on set up and development of Oracle 11i/SAP
Requirements
  • fluent English
  • college degree (advantage is education in finance/accounting or working experience in a finance environment)
  • knowledge of SAP or Oracle is an advantage
  • communication and interpersonal skills
  • customer service skills
