As Account Manager you will be in charge of:
- Managing an assigned portfolio of customers and maintaining an efficient cooperation
- Handling escalation calls from customers or from Customer Service agents
- Figuring out occurred issues and provide advice if needed
- Setting up and preserving effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers
- Carrying out daily administration agenda, for example maintaining records and process paperwork
- Directing and supporting customers regarding order entry, purchase orders, logistics, delivery, while collecting customer feedback
- Assisting the customer through all order to cash process
- Retaining and building professional relationships with them
