As Account Manager you will be in charge of:

• Managing an assigned portfolio of customers and maintaining an efficient cooperation
• Handling escalation calls from customers or from Customer Service agents
• Figuring out occurred issues and provide advice if needed
• Setting up and preserving effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers
• Carrying out daily administration agenda, for example maintaining records and process paperwork
• Directing and supporting customers regarding order entry, purchase orders, logistics, delivery, while collecting customer feedback
• Assisting the customer through all order to cash process
• Retaining and building professional relationships with them
