Your new job will require:

  • Ensure effective and efficient administrative operations
  • Processing Accounts Payable records
  • Business Skype / email / phone communication with the employees / project managers / HR team regarding missing labor records
  • Reporting activities
  • Maitaining the database and reconciliations time data in the system
  • Processig of the assignments of the employees for projects
  • Close cooperation with the Payroll department
  • General ad-hoc administration


  • A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Corporate Management, Finance, Economics or related
  • Fluent English + at least upper intermediate German
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel is a must
  • The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure
