Do you speak English? Are you available to work at least 20 hours/ week? Would you like to be part of international company? Do you have previous work experience with invoices?

We are looking for people for the position Invoice Processor who speaks English and have experience from administration.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • processing income invoices in SAP system
  • provide control process regarding the invoices
  • work in SAP system and solving requests
  • reports directly to supervisor
  • communication in English
  • administrative support

Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Start: ASAP
Wroking time: 20 - 40 hours per week
Contract: temporary contract till 3/2018 with possibility of extension


  • Fluent English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous working experience in administration, ideally with invoicing
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • availability to start asap
