As a CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST, you will be responsible for:
- Communication with clients via phone, emails and chats (passive line)
- Identifying problem, finding solution and providing the guidance for client
- Resolving product or platform queries
- Administrating and maintaining of client data
- Client reporting
Requirements
- Master (or at least Bachelor) degree
- Fluent in German, English and Czech
- Experience from a similar client support role and the ability to liaise with clients in a timely professional manner
- Preferably experience in the financial services/capital market industry
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening to manage high volumes of calls in a timely manner
- Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures
- Passionate, results driven team player achieving targets in strict deadlines
