Would you like to start your career in Procurement? Do you speak ENGLISH, FRENCH and ARABIC?

We are looking for people who speak ENGLISH and FRENCH and have experience from administration.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • assign and process requisition to a purchase orders
  • communication with supplier to make sure about delivering services and goods
  • participation during agree on a prices and conditions
  • preparing and issuing purchase orders, evaluating price offer
  • provide invoice assistance for payables and suppliers
  • interaction with external suppliers and internal business clients
  • working in SAP system
  • maintaining database, creating regular reports
  • administrative support

Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Working hours: 40 hours/week
Start: ASAP
Contract till 06/2017 months with possibility of extention

Requirements

  • University degree is advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Communicative FRENCH and ARABIC
  • Previous working experience in administration
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • Detail oriented
  • Accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to learn
