- Primary responsibility for delivery and work transition of all processes related to HR data administration
- Peoplesoft data administration
- Processing HR requests from employees by email and phone to particular departments
- Communication with management, payroll and HR department
Availability to start ASAP
Location in Prague 4
Length of contract for 6 months with possibility of extension (via agency employment)
- University degree
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good command of English and second language (German or Arabic or Czech, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch)
- Experience in administration and customer service is a plus
- Sound Knowledge of end to end HR processes and concepts are a big advantage
- Organized and systematic personality
