Job responsibilities:

  • ensure correctness of expense claims
  • resolve inquiries of internal and external clients
  • performing travel expense reports processing in ERP (Concur - SAP)
  • work with financial documents
  • related administrative activities
  • ad hoc tasks

Start: ASAP

Flexibility: 40 hours per week

Requirements
  • Min secondary education
  • At least short-term previous experience in Accounting/Finance/Administration
  • English and Czech at a communicative level (daily communication in written and spoken form)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Previous experience from international company is a plus
  • Communication skills
  • Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
  • Responsible and "to do" attitude
