• End-to-end talent acquisition delivery for your assigned region
• Conducting labor market research of your assigned region and planning optimal recruitment strategies
• Close cooperation with Hiring Managers and HRBPs
• Cooperation with Process experts on the acquisition process and delivery improvement
• Client hiring activities
• Support and mentor junior recruiters
