A well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Leader with German.

If yes, apply and these will be your daily responsibilities:

Whole Talent Acquisition and Recruitment process from A to Z
Screening, conducting, and planning interviews
Working on various projects, recruitment/acquisition project management, and coordination
Presenting candidates to hiring managers
Supporting the acquisition and recruitment process
Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
Account Management and to some extent Business Development
Market research, providing advice to clients, and improving internal processes
Working with acquisition and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, and Teamio on a daily basis

Requirements

What you already have:

Fluent English and German are a must
Experience within the Talent Acquisition or Recruitment position, ideally in a personal agency or a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, organizational skills and a pro-active approach
Problem-solving Excellent communication skills
Experience with managing and communicating with clients and stakeholders
Experience with sourcing via media such as LinkedIn, Jobs/Teamio, and internal database
Interest in Information Technology is appreciated
Team player and positive approach within the team, you will be working with your colleagues and global acquisition daily
