We are looking for a new addition to our team for the position of Service Desk Supervisorr. What will you do?
- Administer, maintain and monitor all operations of the service desk, first line and second line support
- Provide first response technical support for end user connectivity, services and hardware issues
- Identify technical issues and escalate to appropriate resources
- Perform hardware and software installation using established network imaging technology
- Develop/maintain desktop and network support documentation and operating procedures
- Perform troubleshooting for all kind of IT related problems, physically or remotely
- Maintain inventory of desktop hardware and software
- Provide knowledge improvement to IT colleagues
- Maintain all information in a confidential manner
- Other duties as assigned
